This website has been created by a wide range of organisations who provide information and support to carers and family members of people with life-threatening illness - see below. The website offers particular guidance for carers and family members of people who are imminently dying, and may also be helpful for those who have recently recieved a diagnosis of a life-limiting illness.
We know that the provision of information and support is paramount in assisting family members and carers as they accompany their loved ones on their often difficult journey.
